Where We Ship

Books are available for delivery to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and some European countries.

Some products, including the Canada Gardener’s Journal, are available for delivery within Canada only. The destinations available for each product will appear at checkout after you enter your address.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days. If there will be a significant delay, or if you're pre-ordering an upcoming book, I'll contact you with an approximate delivery date.

Books may be shipped from Toronto or directly from a fulfilment partner, depending on the book and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Within Canada, orders typically arrive 2–7 business days after processing. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and shipping method.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are based on the product and destination and are displayed at checkout. All prices and shipping charges on this website are in Canadian dollars.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges aren't included in the checkout total and may be payable upon delivery, unless otherwise indicated.
